Skyline Exhibits of Central Ohio hosted an Exhibitor Exchange event yesterday for businesses looking for ideas on how to leverage social media tools in tradeshow and face to face marketing. The house was packed and the event went very well. An incredible amount of information was presented in a short two hours.
I presented a deck on what I call 'Zen and the Art of the Technology Brainstorm' to kick it off, (I'll post and link later) providing a set of focal points to think about when trying to generate innovative marketing ideas with technology. I was followed by Tiffany Odutoye of Virtual Partner LLC, who presented on different tools that exhibitors can use to drive traffic to the booth, Nate Riggs of Social Business Strategies, who presented ideas on leveraging social media in lead generation strategy, and Eric Leslie of BeOnScene, who presented on the various devices, software, and tools that can be used to generate content. The presentations flowed very well and together created a very compelling story on the value digital marketing.
